Location & How to get there

Villa Asta is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained, friendly staff who will do their best to ensure that their guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The team is headed by a villa manager who will oversee and coordinate the staff and property, and is available to assist guests during their stay. The team also includes an in-house chef, butlers, housekeepers, gardeners, and security guards. The chef is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine, and is responsible for all the market shopping,whilst the housekeepers fulfil all of the housekeeping duties..  Baby-sitting and massage services are also available on request at an extra charge.

Payments & Cancellations
Retreat East are only responsible for making the booking with Prestige Bali Villas who are the Management Company in Bali. Prestige Bali Villas will be responsible for the payment process, organising airport transfers and for making your stay in the Villas a pleasant one.  You will be informed by email from Prestige Bali Villas when you need to make a deposit payment to hold the villa.

Where a booking is cancelled a minimum of three months before the booked arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full subject to the approval of individual property owners.

Cancellations made less than three months prior to the arrival date forfeit all monies paid by the guest in relation to the booked stay. Final payments are non refundable.

All requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing. While Prestige Bali Villas will endeavour to accommodate booking changes this will only occur subject to availability.
