Because its central theme is water, Villa Aqua centers around the pool. All four bedrooms are luxuriously if masculine-ly appointed, draped in shades of black, white and gray and allowing for plenty of natural light. The open-air dining pavilion is, naturally, poolside and includes a bar.

Aside from the pool, guests can soak in the jacuzzi or languish in the steam room. An open-air sunken lounge, also next to the pool, allows for after-swimming relaxation. A “party room” boasts an entertainment center and pool table, and the rooftop terrace features an ornamental pond and is the perfect spot for a sundowner.

Payments & Cancellations
a) The full rental amount must be received by Retreat East within three (3) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
 
b) For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable. But a credit card authorization will need to be taken.

c) If the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). 50% of the booking will be forfeited. In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival (or 61 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the full booking will be forfeited and is non refundable.

d) Notice of cancellation must be received by Retreat East by email or fax.
 
e) Be aware that all clients at Retreat East villas who agree to the terms and conditions, Retreat East will have credit card authorization which will allow Retreat East to charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur whilst at the villa.  If for any reason that credit card transaction is refused by the bank and/or damages incurred by the client exceed that amount legal action will be taken.

Changes To Bookings
A US$50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed.
Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.
